We recently sold our home in the NW area of Las Vegas. Since our neighbors had their house listed with Mike and Joan, and it sold in a very short period of time, we decided to give them a try. In our first contact, Michael came over, sat down with us, and went over market analysis, comps, etc. He was totally prepared. He was very professional, well versed in the real estate market, and a good listener. We had some concerns with the house at the time due to a neighborhood class action law -suite which had recently been settled. He addressed all our questions in a straight forward, professional manner. We were so comfortable with the detailed information presented to us, as well as having our concerns addressed, that we signed the contract that very evening!
When some questions or concerns came up within the first several weeks, I called Michael. He was good about getting back to me and giving me the information I requested. After those initial calls, I began to interact with Joan. I invited her over so she could see for herself what great care my husband and I had taken with our home. Off course we hit it off right away, as Joan is very vibrant and personal. From that meeting new ideas for marketing begain to flow and we came up with an innovative plan. I'm not sure exactly what happened, but right after that we started increasing our showings, and within a week or two had two offers at the same time! We selected the best offer, and from there things moved ahead with amazing rapidity! I believe from offer to closing it was about three weeks! During this time Joan stayed in close contact by phone or in person, advising and assisting us each and every day. The reality of moving set in and we realized we need to find a home to rent. We had perused the internet and rental magazines previously and were getting concerned that renting was getting tricky due to our black lab dog. We wanted the same home quality to rent as what we had just sold. Joan went the extra mile. She picked us up in her car and drove us to rentals for two days till we found our lovely new home in Summerlin. It did not end there! Joan continued to assist us with the rental applications , concerns, and questions with our new residence.
We have been involved in about six real estate transactions in the last two to three years! I would be correct in saying that this transaction with Michael and Joan was one of the smoothest we have experienced during that time. I am very grateful for the assistance with selling our home residence and for the assistance with finding us such a beautiful home to rent. We are also very pleased with Team K2's fees.
